-Responsible for the customer audit, make the corrective actions to ensure close of non-conformity finding with the quality system engineer support

-Responsible for the establishment and implementation and improvement and maintenance of Customer Concern Procedure.
    
負(fù)責(zé)貫徹執(zhí)行并維護(hù)改善公司客戶投訴流程
    
-Responsible for resolution of customer concern use of tooling as tPS/ 8D /5 Why / Fishbone and document the official report to customer as well as internal team.
    
負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)用tPS/8D報告/5Why分析/魚骨圖等質(zhì)量工具解決客戶投訴問題，并形成正式的報告給CQE以及內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)
    
-Responsible for the valuation of the corrective actions effectivity and durative. And lead the lessons learned as : other plant/similar process/similar parts if need and so on . Push to trace to PFEMA / Control Plan/Work Instruction/ and add the corrective actions to Layer Audit list and do the quality audit regularly.
    
負(fù)責(zé)改善措施的有效性和持續(xù)性驗(yàn)證。并組織完成橫向展開至其他工廠/類似的工藝/類似的產(chǎn)品等（如需要）。推動將改善措施反映在PFMEA/控制計劃/作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等 并增加在分層審核清單。定期進(jìn)行質(zhì)量審核
